Gratitude Challenge: Day Two

1.  Lines: Waiting is not always fun. I think lines are good for you though. Lets think about it. How often do you get time during your day just to stand there and let your mind wander? Not very often. Next time you are in a line remember this: let your self get lost in the moment. Just a few minutes in a meditative state can be really good for you. So why not take advantage of that time.

2. Peanut Butter: the first step is admitting you have an addiction, mine is peanut butter. I actually did not have any this summer, I needed a break. now that the colder weather is rolling around and I can again begin to add peanut butter back into my diet. I am really grateful for this because peanut butter really helps me balance my diet and I a welcomed part of my morning breakfast or afternoon snack. It also helps me with self-control. Despite my desire to eat it by the spoonful, I reserve one tablespoon every couple of days for a piece of toast.
